A marvelous Mother's Day gift from our church!
Okay...this is just a funny flower tale! Here I am in March of 2008 after I had just planted this flower bed. I was pregnant with Edee and we were getting ready to head to the Dallas Supercross.
Fast forward to Mother's Day 2010...The begonias in the bed have come back again this year! Some plants are bigger than others, but I am hoping that they will continue to blossom. They came back last year and I am completely in shock to see them again! I guess there is something to be said for allowing leaves to form an insulated blanket in the beds all winter! That is my lazy gardening secret!
