Fun at NeeNaw and PeePaw's!

We were able to spend a wonderful early Christmas with NeeNaw and PeePaw. TeeLee and her family were all there, and we spent one whole day in our PJ's! It was perfect!
Edee, Eric and I returned about a month later for a long weekend. Edee was showing off her two bottom teeth in the picture above. She now has 2 more coming in on top. She is ready for Daddy to cook her a steak!!

Off Road Adventures!

These pictures are from Thanksgiving in Red River. We trailered the Sami to the mountains and were able to see some beautiful scenery! Eric went to a few places on his own, but Edee and I also tagged along for some of the "milder" adventures. We also took Poppy Wally and Christy to a few spots. I will say that, aside from Eric, Christy was the bravest one in the group! Edee slept through most of it, but I stayed busy looking for bears, ice or steep inclines!! My poor mom was a nervous wreck until we called her from the cabin, safe and sound!

Holiday Update!!

I have not done a very good job of keeping my blog updated, but I am hoping to change that this year! I have been given the wonderful opportunity to job-share this next semester, which means that I will work in the mornings and another teacher will work the afternoons. It started when we came back from Christmas and I have LOVED it! Of course, I will be sharing my paycheck, so we'll see how that goes before we decide whether to continue this scenario next school year!

We went to Red River for Thanksgiving and were able to go on some advenutures in the Sami before the snow started falling later in the week! Eric and I skiied while Edee stayed at the house with JoJo and Frank. We all had lots of fun while Poppy Wally and KiKi worked, but we had Thanksgiving dinner ready for them when they got home! (pictures and videos to come soon!)

Edee met Santa Claus for the first time at our local winery, Lone Oak. She had no trouble being left in his lap! We also took a Christmas "sleigh" ride through the vineyard and finished off with some live Christmas music on the patio. They have the best events there!
