What a good eater!!!!!

Edee started eating cereal about a month ago, but these pictures were taken around Halloween. We moved on to sweet potatoes last week and she loved them! We tried squash tonight and she had no objections! Notice how she is grabbing the bowl? We handed her a spoon last night and she stuck it right in her mouth!

Sweet Berry Farms

I wanted to take Edee somewhere and get pictures of her in the pumpkins. Aunt Katy found out about Sweet Berry Farms in Marble Falls, and it was perfect! They have so many fun activities for kids (and grown-ups), but Edee was just a little too small this year. She will have a blast there next fall!!

More Halloween Fun!

Edee finished up her week of Halloween fun with her clown costume, which was a big hit at school! We then jumped in the car and headed to Spicewood to see Uncle Brad and Aunt Katy!

Our Muffin

Our special friend, Conny, came to visit this summer. (I know I'm late, but I've been a little busy!) My mom was pregnant with me when she met Conny, and we have all been wonderful friends ever since! She lives in Sacramento, and we don't get to see her nearly enough. She is Edee's "Muffin" and will always be dear to our hearts. By the way, we were shocked to see how similar our ring sets were! Great minds think alike! (And so do their husbands, I guess!)

Edee is getting ready for Halloween!

Edee has been dressing in her Halloween outfits all week, but this one is too funny! She is going to wear her costume on Friday for the big party at school! You'll just have to wait and see...

Reading with Daddy

Edee loves it when Daddy reads to her from his off-road magazines, so I decided it was time for her to "read" her own book! Just a lazy Saturday morning at our house!

Edee rolled over!!!!

Edee rolled over for the first time today! Eric was painting in the kitchen, so I was playing with Edee in her room. She was on her tummy and rolled over totally unexpectedly! I haven't seen any signs of her getting close, but I guess today was her day! I called Eric to her room and she rolled over 3 times before she just was worn out. She's growing too fast! I'm just so thankful that it happened while we were at home and not while I was at school! :-)

This has become Eric's latest obsession! He enjoys taking it apart and putting it back together, apparently! He's even taken a welding class so that he can create his own bumpers and a roll cage. He can't wait to take Edee on her first ride when she gets a little bigger! :-)

Edee is 2 months

Edee went to the doctor on July 9th for her 2 month shots. I took this picture before we left, but I think she knew what was coming. Poor thing!

Elkee is the best big sister!

Elkee is very protective of her new little sister. She comes running when Edee is crying, especially at bath time!

Edee and her hiccups

Edee has the hiccups frequently and they can really get on her nerves! We were able to get one of her "fits" on video taken July 1, 2008.

Our little miracle is finally here!

I know I am a little late in starting a blog, but we have been a little busy lately! Edee Sue made her appearance on May 7, 2008, at 6:41 PM. She weighed 6 lbs and 9 oz and was 19.5 inches long. She looks just like her Daddy, but I'm pretty sure I had something to do with her entrance into the world! It is hard to believe it has already been 2 months since her arrival! We have loved every minute and are so thankful that she is here!
